Sometimes these kids just pull at my heartstrings. Like when they cry during lunch because there’s no more mac and cheese, when they’re scared of the fire alarm going off during a fire drill and you just want to pull them close and hug them tight, when they’re crying for their mommy because they miss them, when they make that face when they’re about to cry, or when they stomp their feet out of frustration or anger to let you know that they don’t like it. Although I shouldn’t be saying this, because my co-teacher and I have to deal with it almost everyday, they look so cute doing it ❤ :3 . But we just got to take a deep breath and assure them it’s ok. Pat ourselves on the back and tell ourselves that it’s ok.
And keep on going .
